1. order confirmation
after successful payment, participant receives order confirmation by email. confirmation references the selected event and participant status.
2. delivery moment
service is considered delivered when participant receives access to the event process and the in-person retreat event is conducted on announced dates and location.
3. pre-event delivery scope
- organizational instructions and support contact;
- key participation rules and logistics context;
- material program updates if applicable.
4. reasonable changes
provider may make reasonable schedule or structure adjustments while preserving core service nature. material changes are communicated to participants via provided contacts.
5. admission and safety policy
provider may restrict or terminate participation in case of severe safety breaches, destructive behavior, intoxication, or other circumstances creating group process risk.
